Radiometric thermal sensors read residual heat and hotspots through smoke and low light, flagging ignition signatures while they are still small enough to act on.

Surveys are fused and scored to rank stretches of forest by risk, so crews thin, clear, and respond where it counts instead of where it is easiest to reach.

Each aircraft may survey 300–600 acres of dense forest per 50-minute flight. A coordinated four-aircraft operation could map 1,200–2,400 acres per flight cycle, turning a season of transects into a single coordinated pass.
